Heath and black locust honey of the Corbières highlands



Harvested in June in the Pyrenean foothills of the Corbières Massif, this is a beautiful golden-colored honey. You will find a woody and complex flavor of white heather, mixed with the soft sweetness of flowering false acacia tree. A true treasure from the hive!
