Harvested in August from Aleyrac in south-eastern France, from a hive located in a wilderness preserve in La Drôme surrounded by aromatic and melliferous lavander. Sought for its fine flavor and texture, this is a honey that subtley falls away in the mouth, leaving a soft flavor and light acidity behind.
